You can return or exchange any item within 15 Business days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Eligible Items, Conditions for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Full-Priced Items (not on sale): eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Sale Items: eligible for exchanges or store credit only (no refunds).
Items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
- For bags and accessories, all original contents (authenticity cards, dust bags, tags) must be included.
Refunds Available for full-priced items (excluding shipping fees and taxes).
Exchanges
If the requested size is available, we will ship it to you at no extra charge.
If an exchange isn’t possible, you will have the option of a full money refund or a store credit for the full amount.
